Cracked ankle?  Easy solution at hand


 In winter, many people break their legs at other times of the year.  Even if the foot is not cracked, the skin of the ankle becomes dry.  Behind this is the lack of conscious skin care.  This deficiency can be easily overcome.  Some home remedies and some methods- became busy with foot care.  Let's take a look at them.


 1.  Honey

 There is no substitute for honey to take care of the skin of the feet.  Mix one cup of honey in one bucket of light hot water.  Then massage the feet with that mixture.  It is better to do this massage for 20 minutes.  Then rub the hard skin with a foot-rubbing stone to clean it.  Apply a thick moisturizer afterwards.

 2.  Aloe vera gel

 Aloe vera contains vitamins A, C and E.  This is why aloe vera gel is very effective for the skin.  Wash your feet in warm water and clean your feet by rubbing your ankles with rubbing stones.  Then apply this gel thickly on the soles of the feet.  Then go to bed with socks on.  Get up in the morning and wash your feet lightly.


   


 3.  Vaseline and lemon juice

 Lack of moisture is a big reason behind cracking or drying of the skin of the feet.  An easy way to overcome this deficiency is to mix Vaseline and lemon juice.  Soak your feet in hot water for 20 minutes.  Then dry.  Then mix three to four drops of lemon juice in one teaspoon of Vaseline.  Apply the mixture on the cracked ankles and feet.  Then go to bed at night with socks on.  In the morning, wash your feet with lukewarm waters.

   


 4.  Baking soda

 Baking soda is an infallible remedy for foot odor.  Mix three teaspoons of baking soda in lukewarm water.  Dip your feet in the mixture and sit down.  If you sit for 15 minutes, the skin of the feet will be very flexible.  Then remove the feet from the water and clean them by rubbing them with foot-rubbing stones.  Wipe your feet with a clean towel and go to sleep.


5 .  Vegetable Oil

 Like aloe vera, this oil also contains vitamins A, E, D.  You cook with this oil.  Now apply this oil on the feet too.  Then go to sleep after socks.  Get up in the morning and wash your feet in warm water.

   


 6.  Collar cream

 Ripe bananas also contain vitamin A, B complex.  Make a paste of two ripe bananas.  Remember that the banana is ripe.  Otherwise it contains acid.  That acid can damage the skin.  Spread the ripe banana paste well on the soles of the feet.  Then leave it for 20 minutes and wash it well in lukewarm water.  You can run this process on a daily basis.
