Don't work that five after eating
1. Never eat fruit on a full stomach. Only when we eat fruit on an empty stomach, its nutritional value is absorbed in our body. So eat fruit after some time of eating. Eating fruit and eating it also causes digestive problems.
2. Many of us fall asleep after eating. So we like to go to bed after eating. But it is a very bad habit. If you go to bed after eating, you will gain weight and you will also have digestive problems. So get up and go to bed at least an hour later.
3. Many people smoke after eating. But did you know that smoking on a full stomach does more harm to the body? However, it is best to avoid smoking, not a full stomach or an empty stomach.
4. Many people take their belts a little lighter after eating on a full stomach. This is also a bad habit. First of all, the stomach should never be so full that the waist belt has to be lightened.
5. Drinking water is extremely beneficial for the body. But do not drink water after eating. Drinking water after eating lightens the gastric juice which helps in digestion. As a result, food does not want to be properly digested. It is not right to eat tea or coffee just like that.
