Tunisia has rescued 71 migrants trying to reach Europe by sea from Libya, including 32 Bangladeshis.

They were crossing the sea in a risky way by boat
They were rescued from an endangered boat about six kilometers off Tunisia's northeast coast.
Among the passengers were 38 Egyptians, 32 Bangladeshis, 10 Sudanese and one Moroccan.
The migrants, aged between 20 and 38, were traveling from the Libyan coastal village of Abu Kamash on the Tunisian border, naval officials said.

Immigrants from various countries are trying to cross the Mediterranean in a risky way from the North African countries of Tunisia and Libya in order to reach Europe by irregular routes. Their first target is the Italian island of Lampedusa, about 130 kilometers from Tunisia.
