Habits that lead to high blood pressure

 High blood pressure is a silent killer.  When left unmanaged, they can be left astray and lose the right path.  Some daily habits can increase high blood pressure.  E.g.-



 Eating too much salt: Sodium in salt can raise blood pressure.  Eating just the right amount of salt is not enough to control sodium levels.  Excess salt in various foods can increase the risk of high blood pressure.


 Stress: Stress-related hypertension is usually transient.  In other words, with the increase in mental pressure, the blood pressure increases, but when the tension subsides, the blood pressure becomes normal again.  But if a person suffers from mental stress for a long time, the blood flow may be damaged.


 Insomnia: People with insomnia have a 47 percent higher risk of developing high blood pressure, according to a research paper in the Journal of Clinical Hypertension.  As well as insomnia and stress are interrelated.  This can lead to increased stress due to insomnia.  It can also increase the problem of high blood pressure.


 Drink alcohol: Excess alcohol narrows blood vessels and arteries.  This results in circulatory problems, which increase blood pressure and increase the risk of heart disease.  Excessive alcohol consumption also increases the risk of stroke.


 Uncontrolled eating habits: Eating more oily and spicy foods raises cholesterol levels rapidly.  In addition to eating unhealthy foods and not eating the necessary vegetables, the balance of several important elements is lost.  As the level of fat in the blood increases, it starts to accumulate inside the arteries.  There is a risk of high blood pressure.
