পর্দার বিধান অমান্য করার পরিণতি
সাহিলা অন্যান্য দিনের মত আজও খুব ভোরেই ঘুম থেকে উঠেছে। ওযূ সেরে ফজরের ছালাত আদায় করে কিছুক্ষণ কুরআন তিলাওয়াত করেছে। এরপর সে জানালার পাশে এসে দাঁড়ায়। তখনও আকাশ ফর্সা হয়নি। চারিদিক থেকে পাখির কলরব ভেসে আসছে। সকালের শীতল হাওয়ায় তার মন ফুরফুরে হয়ে ওঠে। সে এখন দেশের একটি খ্যাতনামা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে অধ্যয়ণরত। সে প্রাথমিক জীবনে মাদরাসার ছাত্রী ছিল। ছোটবেলা থেকেই সে পর্দার বিধান মেনে চলত। কিন্তু তার বাবা মাথা ঢাকা, ঢিলা-ঢালা পোশাক পরা ও পর্দার বিধান মেনে চলাকে পসন্দ করতেন না।
তার বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সাথীরাও পর্দা করে না। পর্দা করলে শিক্ষকরাও কটূক্তি করেন। একদিন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের তার এক শিক্ষিকা তাকে নেকাব খুলতে বাধ্য করেন। এভাবে ছেলেদের সামনে নেকাব খোলায় সে খুব লজ্জা পায়। শিক্ষিকার এ অন্যায় আচরণে সে ধৈর্য ধারণ করে। বাবাকে বললে বাবা উল্টা তাকেই ধমকায়। সে কেবল আল্লাহ্র কাছে বলে, হে আল্লাহ! তুমি আমাকে হকের উপর অটল থাকার তাওফীক দাও। সে গায়রে মাহরাম পুরুষদের সাথে কথা বলে না।
এমনকি সে তার প্রতিবেশী ছেলেদের সাথেও কথা বলে না। কারণ সে জানে গায়রে মাহরাম পুরুষদের সাথে কথা বললে এবং তাদের সাথে সাক্ষাৎ করলে এক পর্যায়ে মন দেয়া-নেয়া হবে; যা এক পর্যায়ে অবৈধ সম্পর্ক পর্যন্ত গড়াতে পারে। এজন্য অনেকে তাকে সেকেলে বলে।
কিন্তু তার ছোট বোন দানিয়া একেবারে তার বিপরীত। সে ছোট থেকেই পর্দা করাকে অবহেলা করত। পর্দা করার ব্যাপারে তার পরিবারের পক্ষ থেকে কোন চাপও ছিল না। সে ছিল অত্যন্ত সুন্দরী। ৬ষ্ঠ শ্রেণীতে পড়ার সময় তার গ্রামের এক লম্পট ছেলে শাদীদ বন্ধুদের নিয়ে তার স্কুলে যাওয়ার পথে তাকে প্রেমের প্রস্তাব দেয়। কিন্তু সে ছোট হওয়ায় কিছু বুঝত না।
সে তার বোন মালিহাকে বললে সে হেসে উড়িয়ে দেয়। সেও পর্দার বিষয়কে গুরুত্ব দিত না। শাদীদ এভাবে রাস্তায় প্রায়ই তাকে বিরক্ত করে। এক পর্যায়ে দানিয়ার কিশোর মনে দাগ কাটতে শুরু করে এবং তার মনে লম্পট শাদীদ স্থান করে নেয়। সে দানিয়ার বাবার মোবাইলে ফোন করে দানিয়ার সাথে যোগাযোগ করার চেষ্টা করে। তার বাবা বুঝতে পারে যে, কোন লম্পট ছেলে তার মেয়ের সাথে যোগাযোগের চেষ্টা করছে। মেয়ের চালচলনে পরিবর্তন দেখেও দানিয়ার বাবা মেয়েকে কিছু বলেনি।
এদিকে শাদীদের সাথে দানিয়ার সম্পর্ক গভীর হ’তে থাকে। একথা জানতে পেরে বড় বোন সাহিলা বাবা-মা সহ পরিবারের সবাইকে দানিয়ার বিষয়ে জোর পদক্ষেপ নিতে বলে। দানিয়া যাতে পূর্ণ পর্দা করে চলে সে বিষয়ে পরামর্শ দেয়। কিন্তু পরিবারের কেউ বিষয়টিকে গুরুত্ব দিল না। দানিয়ার মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষার সময় ঘনিয়ে আসল। সে রাত জেগে বই পড়ে।
পরিবারের সবাই যখন ঘুমিয়ে যায় তখন বাবার মোবাইল নিয়ে ভিন্ন এক রুমে গিয়ে বন্ধুর সাথে কথা বলে। অসচেতন বাবা-মা বুঝতে পারে না কী হ’তে যাচ্ছে। সে পরীক্ষা দিতে যায় দূরের একটি শহরে। সে বান্ধবীদের সাথে অবস্থান করে একটি ছাত্রী নিবাসে। পর্দার ব্যাপারে অসচেতন বাবা মেয়ের ব্যাপারে তেমন খোঁজ-খবর নেয় না। তিনি মনে করেন তার মেয়ে খুব ভালো।
এদিকে দানিয়া তার বন্ধুর সাথে প্রতিদিন সাক্ষাৎ করে। তার সাথে পার্কে, বাজারে ও বিভিন্ন স্থানে ঘুরে বেড়ায়। বান্ধবীরা দেখলেও তাকে বা তার পরিবারের কাউকে কিছু বলে না। কারণ তারা তার প্রতি হিংসাপরায়ণ। তাছাড়া সমাজে তার পরিবারের সুখ্যাতি ছিল। তার বান্ধবীরা চেয়েছিল তাদের পরিবারের ইয্যত-সম্মান বিনষ্ট হোক। পরীক্ষা শেষ করে দানিয়া বাড়ি আসল।
বাবা-মা তার মধ্যে আরো পরিবর্তন লক্ষ্য করল। সাহিলাও গ্রীষ্মের ছুটিতে বাড়িতে এসেছে। বাবা-মা দানিয়ার বিষয়ে সাহিলার সাথে আলোচনা করল। সাহিলা পরামর্শ দিল ভালো পাত্র দেখে তার বিবাহ দিয়ে দিতে। কিন্তু বাবার আকাঙ্খা মেয়েকে আরো পড়াশুনা করাবে। সে বড় চাকুরী করবে। সাহিলার পরামর্শ তার বাবা গ্রহণ করল না।
মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষার ফলাফল প্রকাশ হ’ল। সে ভালো ফলাফল নিয়ে ঊত্তীর্ণ হ’ল। বাবার আকাঙ্খা আরো বহুগুণ বেড়ে গেল। দানিয়াকে মহিলা মাদরাসায় ভর্তি করার জন্য সাহিলা বাবাকে পরামর্শ দিল। কিন্তু বাবা মেয়েকে শহরের কলেজে ভর্তি করে দিল। তখন দানিয়া তার বন্ধুর সাথে মেলামেশার অবাধ সুযোগ পেয়ে গেল।
বাবা সব খবর জেনে মেয়েকে বিবাহ দিতে উদ্যোগী হ’ল। প্রকৌশলী, শিক্ষক ও ব্যবসায়ীদের পক্ষ থেকে বিবাহের প্রস্তাব এলো। কিন্তু দানিয়া কারো সাথে বিবাহে রাযী হ’ল না। কারণ সে শাদীদকে পসন্দ করে। পরিবারের সবাই তাকে বুঝানোর চেষ্টা করে ব্যর্থ হ’ল। বাবা তাকে একদিন মারধরও করল। কোন কাজ হ’ল না।
সাহিলা ছুটি শেষে ক্যাম্পাসে ফিরে এসেছে। সে সকালে তাকায় দূর আকাশের দিকে। সে ভাবে, কত অধপতিত এই সমাজের কথা, যেখানে ভাল কাজ করার অধিকারটুকুও নেই। কি এমন অন্যায় করেছে সে? সে ভেবে পায় না। সে কোন ছেলের সাথে কথা বলে না, ক্লাশ ছেড়ে কোথাও যায় না, এগুলোই কি তার দোষ? এর মধ্যে বাড়ি থেকে ফোন এলো। তাকে জানানো হ’ল দানিয়া শাদীদের সাথে রাতে পালিয়ে গেছে।
তার মাথায় আকাশ ভেঙ্গে পড়ল। মনে মনে বলল, ইসলামী পর্দার প্রতি গুরুত্ব না দেওয়ার অশুভ পরিণতি আজ পরিবারের সবাইকে ভোগ করতে হ’ল। পরিবারের লোকেরা অনেক খোঁজাখুঁজি করেও দানিয়াকে পেল না। থানায় সংবাদ দেওয়া হ’ল। থানার ওসি চল্লিশ হাযার টাকার বিনিময়ে উদ্ধার করে দিতে চাইল। কিন্তু এত টাকা দেওয়ার ক্ষমতা সাহিলার বাবার ছিল না। লোকমুখে জানতে পারল সে কোর্ট ম্যারিজ করেছে।
দু’মাস চলে গেলেও সে ফিরে আসল না। এর মধ্যে তার এক ভাই মারা গেল। যে দানিয়াকে খুব স্নেহ করত। মৃত ভাইয়ের মুখ দেখারও সুযোগ হ’ল না তার। খবর পেল দানিয়া। কিন্তু কান্না ছাড়া তার কোন ভাষা ছিল না। সংসারের ঘানি টানতে শুরু করল। অভাবে তাদের সংসার ভালো চলে না। দানিয়ার পড়া-শুনা বন্ধ হয়ে গেল।
একদিন মোবাইলে বোন সাহিলার সাথে কথা হ’ল। সাহিলা তাকে বাবার বাড়ি ফিরে আসার পরামর্শ দিল। তাকে বলল, তোর বিয়ে হয়নি। এভাবে বিবাহ করা বৈধ নয়। কারণ অভিভাবকের সম্মতি ছাড়া কোন মেয়ের বিবাহ হ’তে পারে না। রাসূল (ছাঃ) বলেছেন, ‘যে নারী ওলীর অনুমতি ব্যতীত বিবাহ করে সে বিবাহ বাতিল, বাতিল, বাতিল’ (তিরমিযী, ইবনু মাজাহ, দারেমী, হাকেম হা/২৭০৬; আবূদাউদ হা/২০৮৩; মিশকাত হা/৩১৩১)। দেশের দুর্নীতিবাজ কাযীরা টাকার লোভে কাউকে ওলী সাজিয়ে বিবাহের নামে যুবক-যুবতীকে এভাবে অবৈধ সম্পর্কে জড়িয়ে দেয়।
তোদের যেহেতু বিবাহ হয়নি, সেহেতু তোদের একত্রে বসবাস যেনা হবে। তোর কোন সন্তান হ’লে সেটি জারজ সন্তান হিসাবে গণ্য হবে। পরকালে তোদের যেনাকারের কাতারে দাঁড়াতে হবে। হাশরের ময়দানে এসব কাযীদেরকেও অপরাধীদের কাতারে দাঁড়াতে হবে। কারণ তারা অন্যায় কাজে সহযোগিতা করেছে। অথচ আল্লাহ তা‘আলা বলেন, ‘নেকী ও তাক্বওয়ার কাজে তোমরা পরস্পরকে সাহায্য কর এবং গোনাহ ও অন্যায় কাজে সহযোগিতা কর না’ (মায়েদাহ ৫/২)। এখনও তোর ফিরে আসার সময় আছে। কিন্তু এসব কথা মোহাচ্ছন্ন দানিয়ার মনে কোন দাগ কাটল না।
ওদিকে দানিয়ার এহেন আচরণে তার বাবা অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়লেন। বাবা ইচ্ছা করলেন সকল সম্পত্তি দানিয়া ব্যতীত অন্যান্য ছেলে-মেয়েদেরকে লিখে দিবেন। সাহিলা বাবাকে তা করতে নিষেধ করলেন। কারণ এটা অন্যায় হবে। সে অন্যায় করেছে তার ফল সে পাবে। বাবা কান্না জড়িত কণ্ঠে বলল, সে আমার পরিবারের মান-সম্মান সব ধূলায় মিশিয়ে দিয়েছে।
সমাজে আমার মাথা হেঁট হয়ে গেছে। এখন আমি মানুষের সামনে মাথা উঁচু করে কথা বলতে পারি না। আমার মনে হয় জাহেলী যুগে এজন্যই কন্যা সন্তানদের জীবন্ত কবর দেয়া হ’ত। বাবা রাগ ও ক্ষোভে আরো অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়ল। কয়েকদিন পরেই বাবা ইহজগৎ ছেড়ে পরপারে পাড়ি জমাল। যে বাবা বহু কষ্ট করে অর্থ উপার্জন করে পড়ালেখা করাল, আদর-যত্ন দিয়ে বড় করে তুলল, কোলে-পিঠে করে মানুষ করল, আজ সে বাবা এক বুক কষ্ট ও মনঃপীড়া নিয়ে দুনিয়া থেকে বিদায় নিল। দানিয়া বাবার সাথে কথা বলার কোন সুযোগ পেল না।
দূর থেকে বাবার মৃত চেহারা দেখে নীরবে অশ্রু ঝরানো ছাড়া তার করার কিছু ছিল না। সে নিজের ভুলের কথা স্মরণ করে কেঁদে কেঁদে বুক ভাসাল। সে দুনিয়া হারাল, হয়ত পরকালও হারাবে।
সুতরাং প্রত্যেক বাবার চিন্তা করা প্রয়োজন যে, মেয়ের পর্দার ব্যাপারে সচেতন না হ’লে অবস্থা এরূপ হওয়ার সমূহ সম্ভবনা রয়েছে। দেশের কাযীদেরও উচিত এরূপ বিবাহ রেজিষ্ট্রী না করে কৌশলে মেয়ের অভিভাবকদের জানিয়ে তাদের হাতে মেয়েকে তুলে দেওয়া। কারণ অল্প বয়সী তরুণী মেয়েদের ভালো-মন্দ বাদ-বিচার করার জ্ঞান থাকে না। সুতরাং কাযীরা এরূপ অবুঝ একটি মেয়েকে ধ্বংসের হাত থেকে রক্ষা করতে পারেন এবং অশেষ ছওয়াব অর্জন করতে পারেন। আল্লাহ আমাদের সকলকে ভাল কাজে সহযোগিতা করার তাওফীক্ব দান করুন-আমীন!
Consequences of disobeying veil rules

She is very ashamed to open her niqab in front of the boys like this. He is patient with the unfair behavior of the teacher. If he told his father, he would bully him. He only says to Allah, O Allah! Give me tawfiq to be firm on the truth. She does not talk to mahram men outside.
He doesn't even talk to his neighbor boys. Because he knows that if he talks to and meets mahram men outside, he will give and take his mind at some point; Which can lead to an illegal relationship at some point. That's why many people call him old-fashioned.
But his younger sister Dania is completely opposite. She used to neglect veiling from childhood. There was no pressure from her family to veil. She was very beautiful. While in 6th standard, a lecherous boy from her village proposed to Shadid on his way to school with his friends. But he was young and did not understand anything.
When she tells her sister Maliha, she bursts out laughing. He also did not care about the screen. Shadid often annoys him on the road like this. At some point, Dania's teenage mind begins to fade and lustful Shadid takes over. He calls Dania's father's mobile and tries to contact Dania. Her father realizes that a lecherous boy is trying to contact his daughter. Daniya's father did not say anything to his daughter despite seeing the change in her behavior.
Meanwhile, Dania's relationship with the Shaadis deepened. On learning this, elder sister Sahila asks everyone in the family including parents to take strong action on Daniya. Dania suggests going full screen. But no one in the family paid attention to the matter. The time for Dania's secondary exams is approaching. He stays up at night and reads books.
When everyone in the family goes to sleep, father's cell phone goes to a different room and talks to a friend. Unaware parents do not understand what is going on. He goes to a distant city to take the exam. She stays with her girlfriends in a student dormitory. A father who is unaware of the veil does not inquire much about his daughter. He thinks his daughter is very good.
Meanwhile, Dania meets her friend every day. Traveled with him to parks, markets and other places. Even if her friends see her, they don't tell her or anyone in her family. Because they are jealous of him. Moreover, his family had a good reputation in the society. His girlfriends wanted their family honor destroyed. Dania came home after completing the exam.
Parents noticed more changes in him. Sahila also came home for summer vacation. Parents discussed with Sahila about Daniya. Sahila suggested to find a good husband and give her in marriage. But the desire of the father will make the daughter study more. He will do a great job. Sahila's advice was not accepted by her father.
Madhyamik exam result declared. He passed with good results. Father's aspirations increased manifold. Sahila advised Baba to admit Dania to a women's madrasa. But the father admitted his daughter to the city college. Then Dania got free opportunity to socialize with her friend.
The father, knowing all the news, was eager to marry his daughter. Marriage proposals came from engineers, teachers and businessmen. But Daniya did not agree to marry anyone. Because she likes Shadid. Everyone in the family tried to convince him but failed. Father even beat him one day. No work was done.
Sahila has returned to campus after vacation. He looks at the distant sky in the morning. He thinks, how degenerate this society is, where there is no right to do good work. What has he done wrong? He doesn't think so. He doesn't talk to any boy, doesn't leave class, is it his fault? Meanwhile, the phone came from home. He was informed that Daniya had eloped with the Shadis in the night.
The sky fell on his head. He said in his mind, everyone in the family has to suffer the evil consequences of not paying attention to the Islamic veil. The family did not find Dania despite a lot of searching. The news was given to the police station. The OC of the police station wanted to rescue it in exchange of forty thousand rupees. But Sahila's father did not have the ability to pay so much money. People came to know that he had a court marriage.
Two months later, he did not return. Meanwhile, one of his brothers died. who loved Dania very much. He didn't even get a chance to see his dead brother's face. Dania got the news. But she had no language but tears. The wealth of the world began to pull. Because of this, their family is not doing well. Dania's studies stopped.
One day I talked to sister Sahila on mobile. Sahila advised him to return to his father's house. He said to him, you are not married. It is not valid to marry like this. Because no girl can get married without the consent of the guardian. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "A woman who marries without the permission of the Wali is void, void, void" (Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah, Darimi, Hakeem ha/2706; Abu Dawud ha/2083; Mishkat ha/3131). Corrupt Qazis of the country, for the sake of money, arrange the Oli for someone and involve the young and the young in illegal relationship in the name of marriage.
Since you are not married, you cannot live together. If you have any child, it will be considered as bastard child. In the Hereafter you will have to stand in a queue like this. These qazis also have to stand in the queue of criminals in Hashar Maidan. Because they cooperated in wrongdoing. But Allah Ta'ala says, "Help one another in good deeds and piety and do not cooperate in sin and wrongdoing" (Ma'idah 5/2). You still have time to come back. But these words did not make any mark on the mind of the enamored Dania.
On the other hand, her father fell ill due to this behavior of Daniya. The father wanted to write down all the property to the sons and daughters other than Dania. Sahila forbade her father to do so. Because it would be unfair. He will get the consequences of what he did wrong. Baba said in a tearful voice, "He has destroyed the honor of my family."
I've lost my head in society. Now I can't hold my head high in front of people. I think that is why female children were buried alive in Jahili period. Baba became sicker with anger and rage. A few days later, the father left this world and crossed over. The father who worked hard to earn money and study, brought him up with love and care, raised people on his lap and back, today that father left the world with a chest of pain and heartache. Daniya never got a chance to talk to her father.
Seeing her father's dead face from a distance, she could do nothing but silently shed tears. He wept bitterly remembering his mistake. He lost this world, maybe he will lose the hereafter.
So every father needs to think that if he is not aware about the veil of his daughter, there are possibilities of such a situation. The qazis of the country should also hand over the girl to the guardians of the girl without registering such a marriage. Because young girls do not have the knowledge to judge good and bad. So the Qazis can save such a foolish girl from destruction and attain eternal reward. May Allah grant us all the tawfiq to help in good deeds - Ameen!
