Who is at risk of breast cancer, what to do

 Who has a higher risk of breast cancer?


 * Family history i.e. mother, aunt, sister, blood relationship.  If one member of the family has cancer, the tendency of others to get cancer is more noticeable.



 * Those who do not undergo regular screening.


 * If the age is more than 40 years, all women should have mammogram every six to twelve months without any symptoms.  You have to do routine tests.


 * If menstruation starts before 12 years.


 * If someone's menstruation continues even after 55 years.


 * If the first child is after 35 years.  There is no other disease in the breast.


 * Those who do not have children, that is, infertility.


 * Those whose height is 5 feet 6 inches or more.


 If any of the above problems occur, it should be examined immediately as per the advice of the doctor.


 Ways to get rid of breast cancer


 * Keep weight under control.


 * Do physical and physical work.  Sweat every day and exercise for 30-45 minutes.


 * 4 types of fruits and vegetables should be eaten every day.


 * Refrain from smoking, drinking.


 * Refrain from taking birth control pills.  Especially those who are over 35 years of age.


 * Many people take hormone therapy after menopause - refrain from it.


 * Breastfeeding mothers must breastfeed their baby only up to 6 months.  Breastfeed for at least 2 years.

 When to go to the doctor quickly


 * Stiff wheels in the chest, dense whole or uneven, stay in the same place.


 * If the breasts feel swollen, hot, red or black.


 * Breast size, shape if changing rapidly.


 * If there is a hole or wrinkle in the skin of the breast.


 * If the nipple is more itchy, rash, sore.


 * If the nipple is suddenly swollen or the part is particularly swollen.


 * Suddenly blood or white, any liquid sticky substance starts to come out through the nipple.


 * Suddenly the pain in the breast has started - getting more and more intense.
