Every girl is menstruating.  This is a normal process, which starts at a certain age and at some point girls stop menstruating. During menstruation, many kinds of problems occur.  The number of girls who did not turn blue due to lower abdominal pain during menstruation is very low.  Menstrual cramps can usually occur for no apparent reason after the onset of menstruation.

What is the solution to the pain during menstruation in girls? Let's find out!

When the ovum is not fertilized, the unfertilized ovum and the inner layer of the uterus move out of the body through uterine contractions during menstruation.  As a result of this contraction, the blood vessels of the uterus also constrict.  Uterine cells die due to lack of oxygen.  During this time some chemicals are released from the uterus.  These are responsible for the pain during menstruation in girls.

Again the body secretes prostaglandins to increase contractions.  It also increases the pain.  This is a normal process.  So it is not uncommon for girls to have pain during menstruation.  However, in some cases the pain is extreme.

There are two types of dysmenorrhea or menstrual pain.  Primary and secondary.  In primary dysmenorrhea there is no disease in the uterus.  The pain starts as soon as menstruation starts.  There is pain for 2-3 days.  Most girls experience this type of pain during menstruation.

This pain starts from the first menstrual period of life.  Secondary dysmenorrhea is usually caused by an infection in the reproductive system of girls after childbirth.  Fibroids, endometriosis, adenomyosis can also be secondary menstrual pain.  In this case there is pain before menstruation and throughout the entire menstrual period.  After menstruation the pain gradually subsides.

People with primary dysmenorrhea usually do not need to be tested.  High Vaginal Swab CS, Cervical Swab, Urine Culture, Ultrasonogram are required to diagnose secondary infections.

Treatment of menstrual cramps in girls:

There is nothing to worry about with primary dysmenorrhea.  There is no problem in having children.  If you have a child, this pain gets better automatically.  Those who are still busy with their careers will get better results if they take painkillers like NSIDs such as ibuprofen for every cycle of pain.  It is also possible to get rid of this problem by taking 3-4 cycles of oral contraceptive or birth control pill.

If you are overweight, you need to reduce it.  Exercise every day.  If you have a habit of smoking or drinking, you should give it up.  In secondary cases, it is necessary to accurately diagnose the cause of menstrual cramps.  According to the reason to be treated.
