Avoid foods that shed belly fat

3. Be aware of processed foods especially white bread, white rice, cereals, soups, potato chips, biscuits, cookies or similar foods. These foods contain fiber and vitamins. However, it also contains a lot of sugar, salt, oil and calories. For this reason, eating more of these foods naturally increases the amount of fat in the body. In addition to corn syrup, soda, various types of cakes should be avoided.
4. Like processed foods, televaja foods are also harmful to the body. These increase fat at a rapid rate. This is because such foods are high in oil and fat. So digestion is also a problem. Indigestion and acidity are often seen. And if this fat is accumulated day after day, the belly fat starts to increase.
